When you have finished studying the course, click the TAKE FINAL EXAM link to register and take the final exam FREE OF CHARGE!

Answer a 25-question multiple-choice exam and click the SUBMIT SCORE button (located on the last page of your exam) to have your exam scored immediately. If you received a score of 70% or higher, go on to Step 4.

If you achieved a 70% or higher on the final exam and would like to receive your CE Credit, click the Purchase Certificate link here or on the final page of your exam. Each certificate is $39.95 and can be immediately downloaded following your purchase. Or if your state requires, we will mail your certificate within 24 hours.

Upon your purchase of the Course Completion Certificate, we report your CE hours to the state insurance department.

 

Texas Continuing Education Requirements
  • 30 hours of continuing education for your license type are required every 2 years. Two of those hours must be in Ethics and 15 hours must be in classroom courses.
  • Online courses are eligible for CE credit. You must wait two years before repeating a course.
  • If you are licensed in both life/health and property/casualty, you are responsible for a total of 30 hours per renewal period. It is not necessary to complete CE in each license type; you may take courses approved for either L/H or P/C credit, in any combination. Newly licensed agents have a requirement of 4 hours of regulations and ethics in the first licensing cycle.
  • No carry-over hours are permitted.
  • Your CE requirements must be completed by your license renewal date which is every two years from the month of your original license issue date. Failure to comply may result in administrative penalty, suspension, revocation or cancellation of your license.
